Conventions
This is the criterion used to decide on prices and such:
If you go to a hackathon at NA, your currency will be displayed in dollars. For EU, it'll be displayed in euros.
Hackathons begin some time before their opening cerimony, and end after the ending one.
Public transport and potential delays/baggage check-in are taken into consideration when calculating these times.
Price will be grouped if you choose to come with (1..5] friends.
The margin for departures is substracted from the beginning time, and the arrival margin is summed to the ending time.
All trips are calculated on economy class.
